Rhiannon & Ben’s vintage style wedding was a relaxed family affair. Fur babies Jack and George also joined in the celebrations at the “Panorama” Tallai, in the Gold Coast hinterland. The day began a little dreary, but nothing could put a dampener on this stunning wedding. Great fun was had by all.

R&B’s individual style shone through from Rhiannon’s English-made vintage style wedding dress to the skull candy and bride and groom dinosaurs on the home made Lolly Bar (it was awesome!). Check out their wedding rings too, it’s a big call but best I have ever seen!

Crossfit Games Open 2013 – Crossfit Brisbane

I belong to a local gym. CrossFit Brisbane. It’s a little more than just a gym. Each day people come in, they work out, challenge themselves, reach new heights, make friends and have fun.

Every year a worldwide competition for the CrossFit community is held. Five challenging workouts over five weeks. For most it something fun to participate in. A way to check progress, to see how far you have come in a year. For others is it a serious competition, a chance to further their athletic career. Over the last 5 weeks I have had the pleasure photographing the CrossFit Open competition this year at CrossFit Brisbane. I have witnessed an atmosphere of support and encouragement. I’ve seen new PR’s reached. Challenges conquered.

This is an insight into CrossFit Brisbane. My gym.

Mum’s are pretty important people. We play such a major role in our children’s lives from the mundane to the fun! Mum’s spend so much time behind the camera taking photographs of their precious little ones that rarely do we find the chance to be in the photos too! Sometimes a couple of years can go by without realizing this truth. One of the things that was important to Benita on this extended family shoot was that we got some lovely pics just her and the beautiful Mila. Think I filled the brief….

Justin and Laura Engaged! – Roma Street Parklands

Justin and Laura are getting married! Pretty soon actually. The countdown is on.

We decided to do this loved-up shoot at Roma Street Parklands. Justin tells me that they hang out here in the winter time to warm up in the sunshine. Perfect place for this couple’s engagement shoot.

I am so excited about shooting their wedding in the beautiful Tweed Valley in January. Not long now….
